Join us for our Annual Fiesta River Parade Party at the Hard Rock Cafe.

This event celebrates our patients and life-saving programs.
Meet our patients, break a cascarone, throw a grits and let’s party with a purpose.

The 5th Annual VIVA WINGS fundraiser will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Hard Rock Café Balcony during the Texas Cavaliers River Parade from 6pm-10pm. For your review and consideration are sponsorship opportunities:

$100 per ticket

Individual tickets include entry to the event and a fun “selfie” WINGS FIESTA medal!

PLATINUM WINGS SPONSOR – $2,500

Company Name and Logo on all promotional materials, including but not limited to: The WINGS website event page, SAVE the DATE, Social Media Platforms, Email Marketing, Pre-event Marketing, Onsite Signage, and Mention during event.
Opportunity to include company information in attendees goodie bags.
Ten (10) WINGS FIESTA medals.
Ten (10) complimentary VIP event tickets with preferred seating. Tickets can be donated back to the organization for WINGS patients to attend.

GOLD WINGS SPONSOR- $1,500

Company Name on all promotional materials, including but not limited to: The WINGS website event page, SAVE THE DATE, Social Media Posts, Email Marketing and Mention during event.
Eight (8) WINGS FIESTA medals.
Eight (8) complimentary VIP event tickets with preferred seating. Tickets can be donated back to the organization for WINGS patients to attend.

SILVER WINGS SPONSORS – $1,000

Company Name on all promotional materials, including but not limited to: The WINGS website event page, Social Media Posts, and Mention during event.
Six (6) WINGS FIESTA medals.
Six (6) complimentary VIP event tickets with preferred seating. Tickets can be donated back to the organization for WINGS patients to attend.
When applicable, mention in any media promotions and releases surrounding event.

We sold over $100 in medals at the South Bank Medal Stroll! Thank you to everyone who strolled by and showed some love. Proceeds from the sales of our medals go to our patients and our hearts couldn’t be more full! Stay tuned to where we’ll be selling our selfie medals next! Viva Fiesta!
